Services that our company provides in the field of business consulting pertain to the analysis of specific financial and business of a given company. We suggest and implement individual and effective financial and economic solutions that are relevant for a given entity, having regard to the nature of the business and existing market conditions in such a way as to achieve the assumed targets. Throughout the entire process, we work closely with the client in order to allow our actions to minimize the risk implicit in the applied solution, and to form an integral element of the business conducted by the Client.

We provide business consulting, among other things, by providing services covering:

• assessment of the costs and benefits of different forms of financing (bank loans, borrowings, lease, etc.),
• assistance in the selecting banking products (such as a bank loans, factoring) in order to improve the liquidity of the company,
• active support for the companies in terms of credit rating,
• initial preparation and implementation of investment projects in terms of project costs and funding, taking into account any tax reliefs and exemptions regarding public and legal burdens,
• assistance and preparation of plans for restructuring and reorganization, in particular, merger of entities, acquisitions, the disposal of a part of the business, changes in the legal form of the entity,
• preparing financial reports, financial analyzes supporting a variety of business management process, opinions as well as legal and economic consulting regarding concluded agreement,
• preparing draft contracts.
